Rates

$225 per 60 minute intake/diagnostic evaluation session

$200 per 50 minute individual session.

We are considered In-Network providers with the following insurances:

Aetna

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Virginia

Oxford

Oscar Health

United Healthcare

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

The following questions are recommended to clients to ask their insurance provider to help determine benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept most major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Each therapy slot is reserved with your wellness needs as our main priority. Cancellations are not covered by insurance so to avoid being charged the full session fee, please contact us within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, if you are unable to attend a session.
